Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Compounding Technician to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately preparing batches, weighing and dispensing raw materials, operating mixing equipment, and ensuring all products are manufactured according to quality, safety, and production standards.
Key Responsibilities

Accurately weigh, measure, and prepare raw materials according to batch records and production specifications.

Operate mixing, blending, and compounding equipment safely and efficiently.

Follow written formulas, manufacturing instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Monitor batch processes and ensure products meet quality standards.

Complete production and batch documentation accurately.

Perform equipment cleaning and sanitation procedures.

Conduct material verification and quality checks throughout the production process.

Maintain compliance with GMP, health and safety, and company policies.

Assist with inventory management and material handling as required.

Report production, quality, or equipment issues to the supervisor.
Requirements

Qualifications
:Previous experience in compounding, batch making, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food, or chemical production environments. Ability to read and follow formulas, batch sheets, and production instructions. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic math and measurement skills. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods. Knowledge of GMP and manufacturing best practices is considered an asset.
