Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Material Handler to support warehouse and production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement, storage, and distribution of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods. Knowledge and experience handling raw materials in a manufacturing environment is considered a strong asset.
Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and shipments for accuracy and quality.

Safely move raw materials, packaging components, and finished products throughout the facility.

Supply production lines with materials according to production schedules and operational requirements.

Load and unload trucks using manual and powered material handling equipment.

Accurately pick, stage, and prepare materials for production and shipping.

Ensure all materials are properly identified, labeled, and stored in designated locations.

Perform inventory transactions, cycle counts, and stock replenishment activities.

Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory practices and inventory control procedures.

Maintain accurate records of material movements and inventory levels.

Support warehouse organization and housekeeping initiatives.

Adhere to all company policies, GMP requirements, quality standards, and health and safety regulations.

Assist with other warehouse and production duties as assigned.
Requirements

Qualifications
:Previous experience as a Material Handler, Warehouse Associate, Production Associate, or similar role. Experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Basic computer and inventory management skills.

Preferred Experience & Assets
:Knowledge and experience handling raw materials in a manufacturing environment. Experience working with ingredients, chemicals, powders, liquids, packaging materials, or production supplies. Experience in cosmetic, pharmaceutical, food, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or chemical manufacturing. Forklift certification and operating experience. Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and warehouse best practices. Experience using RF scanners, inventory systems, or warehouse management systems (WMS).

Work Environment
:Fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment. Frequent lifting, bending, standing, and walking throughout the shift. Overtime and shift work may be required to support operational needs.
